Waiting-room screens you change by email.

Lobby and waiting-room TV screens for medical, dental and wellness offices in Johns Creek and nearby. New hours, a holiday closure, flu shot season, a welcome for a new provider: email the change to your screens’ own address in plain words. Albus, our AI assistant, makes the slide and sends you a proof, and nothing reaches the screen until you approve it.

01 · In the waiting room

What patients see while they wait.

Your hours, what’s new at the office, seasonal reminders and how to book: big type and a few words, readable from across the room, in your colors and photos.

  • Hours and closures

Email new hours or a closure, like “closed the Friday after Thanksgiving.” The proof shows the exact dates. Unplanned closure notices, like a snow day, never count as a change.

  • Keep patient information out

Screens are public, so never send patient information to your screens’ address. If an email includes it, nothing from it goes on a screen: the email goes to Jeremy, and Albus asks you to leave that information out.

  • Your team decides

Up to 5 people at your office can send changes, and you choose who approves proofs. Email from anyone else goes to Jeremy instead of your screens.

02 · Email your changes

Your screens have their own email address.

No dashboard, no app, no login. Write to your screens’ address any time, from anywhere, and approve the proof by replying.

  1. 01

    Email it

Write the change in plain words: new hours, a closure, a seasonal reminder. Attach a flyer or a photo, and say the dates.

  2. 02

    Albus makes it

Albus, our AI assistant, designs it in your look for the screen and the dates you named.

  3. 03

    Check the proof

A proof comes back by email showing the slide, the screen and the exact dates.

  4. 04

    Approve it

Reply to approve, and it runs on the dates you gave. Nothing changes until you say yes.

Send what you have

  • Your holiday hours
  • A flyer from the front desk
  • The flu shot dates
  • A screenshot of your booking page
  • A photo of a handwritten note

A holiday closure, start to finish.

A sample request from a wellness office, and the proof Albus sends back.

03 · Questions

Waiting-room questions.

Something else? Email hello@johnscreekscreens.com.

What do we need in the waiting room?

A TV with a modern web browser and an internet connection. Tablets and computers work too. No browser on your TV? Plug in a device of your own that has one, or we can add our player for $300 setup a screen. Each screen is a link: open it on the screen, and it plays.

Can we send patient details or appointment lists?

Please don’t. Screens are public, so leave out personal information. If an email includes patient information, nothing from it goes on a screen: the email goes to Jeremy, and Albus replies once asking you to leave that information out. Emails like that are deleted once Jeremy has handled them.

Can the screen show our hours and closures?

Yes. Write them the way you’d say them, like “closed the Friday after Thanksgiving.” The proof spells out the exact dates before anything runs, and unplanned closure notices never count as a change.

Who at the office can send changes?

Up to 5 people whose email addresses you approve, and you choose who can approve proofs. Every change also waits for approval, so the proof is a second check.

Can the lobby screen and the check-in screen show different things?

Yes. Each screen has its own link. Say which one in your email, and every proof names the screen the change is for.

What does it cost?

$10 a month for each screen, with no minimum number of screens. Setup is $150 for each location where your TVs have a web browser, built in or on a device of yours, or $300 for each screen where we add our player, which includes the software setup, so there’s no $150 on top. Each screen includes 1 major change and up to 100 minor changes a month, shared across your screens. A new seasonal slide is a major change; new hours are minor. Want us to supply the TVs too?
